Refunds and Cancellation
How to cancel an order, and what to do if something is wrong.
Cancelling before we start cooking
If you change your mind, call 091 27 00 47, 010 27 00 47, 033 27 00 47. As long as we have not started cooking, cancelling costs nothing.
Cancelling after we start cooking
Dishes are cooked to order and perish quickly. Once cooking has started, cancelling is not always possible.
If something is wrong
If you received the wrong dish, or the order arrived damaged or cold, call 091 27 00 47, 010 27 00 47, 033 27 00 47 the same day. We will replace it or refund you.
How a refund is made
An order paid in cash is refunded in cash. Paying by card online is not available yet; when it is, refunds will go back to the same card.
