What we collect when you order, why, and where it goes.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address (if you chose delivery), the contents of the order, and any note you leave.
There is no account to create and we store no password.
Address suggestions
When you fill in a delivery address, what you type is sent to Google's Places service so it can suggest addresses. Only the address line is sent — never your name, your telephone number or your order.
The request goes through our own server rather than straight from your browser, so Google does not receive your IP address. Google acts as our processor for this.
The suggestions are optional. You can simply type your address and order without using them.
Your basket stays with you
Your basket is kept in your own browser as dish names and quantities. It does not reach us until you send the order.
Why we collect it
Only to cook and deliver your order, and to call you back to confirm it. We send no marketing messages.
Where your order goes
When you send an order we store it in our own system: the dishes, your name, your phone number and, for a delivery, your address. That record is what the restaurant works from.
The same order is also sent to the kitchen over Telegram, so the people cooking see it straight away.
Third parties
Telegram — the kitchen is alerted to a new order in a Telegram group, and our bot lets the staff update the status of an order from there.
Google — when you fill in a delivery address, the suggestions come from Google's Places service, through our server. The reviews on the home page are not loaded from anyone: they are held on this site, taken from Yandex Maps on 18 September 2026.
How long we keep it
We have not set a fixed period yet. An order is kept while we need it to run the restaurant and to answer questions about an order already delivered.
If you want an order of yours deleted, call 091 27 00 47, 010 27 00 47, 033 27 00 47 and we will delete it.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no analytics services and sets no tracking cookies.
