We did not open a restaurant to look beautiful. We opened it to feed people well.

Family
Tonrashkharh is a family business. No chain, no investors — the same family, standing by the same fire for more than twenty years.
Food
Here the food decides everything. Fresh meat, a real fire, lavash from the tonir wall. That is what has not changed in twenty years.
The measure
If you came once and came back, it worked. That is our only measure.

The same people, the same kitchen

The family is in the kitchen — the same hands that have lit the tonir and turned the skewers for twenty years. That is why it tastes the way it did on the first day.

We welcome you like family too: a big table, warm lavash and no hurry.
